To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. For all reservations in June till 03.07. we give 10% of discount and for apartment 2 also from 23.08.-28.08. Possibility of renting entire house for maximum 14 persons. Extra bed and pets are extra charged 7 EUR. Parking is in yard. Arrival to apartments is after 16:00 and departure till 11:00. Guests can arrive on any day. For some periods we give special discount: 23.08.-28.08. – 15%. In June for staying more than 7 days we give 10% of discount. Tourist tax and extra bed are not included into the price. Pets are extra charged 7 EUR per day. For staying less than 3 days price is 20% higher. On the main street from Umag to Savudrija in settlement Zambratija is renovated Istrian house with large enclosed yard covered with grape vine. On ground floor is large apartment 80 m2 with separated entrance in front of the house with large garden table and chairs. Two bedrooms – one clasical with double bed and other living room with TV/SAT with two single beds, closet, air conditioner (heating and cooling). Bathroom with shower. Kitchen, old stone kitchen with large terrace, stove – gas/electricity, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toster... Apartment for 6 persons. In the back of the house are stairs for two apartments on upper floors each for 4 persons. Both have air conditioner, each apartment has balcony with sea view. One bedroom and living room with smaller kitchen. Welcome!
